Code of Conduct
The Southern Arizona Gamers Association (SAGA) strives to promote a positive environment for gamers and would-be gamers from all walks of life. To this end, we provide the following code of conduct for our events. Participation at SAGA events assumes cooperation with the code.
- Since most SAGA gaming events are family oriented, all members will keep the use of expletives at a level appropriate to an educational environment unless the event is explicitly adult in nature.
- No SAGA event participant will knowingly disrespect other participants, judges, hosts, or organizers.
- Cheating at SAGA events is not tolerated and will result in expulsion from the event in which this takes place. Repeat offenders will be asked not to return.
- Civil and criminal laws will be obeyed at all SAGA events.
- SAGA events are often close-quarters. Participants will be responsible for the state of their personal hygiene. It is expected that all participants have taken steps to prevent unpleasant odors from affecting others present.
